About deadlines and reminders

Business Due Dates is an organizational and reminder tool. It does not determine which requirements apply to your business. Always verify deadlines and requirements with the appropriate agency, service provider, or qualified professional.

Free limits and membership

The free version supports 1 current business, up to 4 current obligations, up to 4 current payments, and 1 stored reminder per obligation and payment. Existing data is not deleted if a membership ends while you are over a free limit; the limits restrict creating additional items.

Archived businesses

Archiving a business stops its reminders and removes the business and its obligations and payments from current free-capacity counts while preserving its records and history. Members can restore archived businesses. Items that became due while the business was archived may appear overdue after restoration.

Manual sync

Member cloud sync is user-initiated. Choose Sync Now when you want to synchronize eligible data. Version 1 does not continuously or automatically synchronize in the background.

Backups and imports

Restoring a backup replaces the current Business Due Dates dataset on the device with the selected backup. Import works differently: it adds supported information to existing app data and may update existing records when matching Business Due Dates identifiers are found.
